Pricing varies depending on your dog’s size, coat type, and the condition of their coat. We’re happy to give you an estimate over the phone or during a consultation, but the final cost may change based on your pet’s specific needs at the time of the appointment. 

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and most digital payment options. We do not accept venmo, cashapp etc. Payment is due at the time of service 

ALL dogs must have a current Rabies vaccine. I cannot take in a dog without it. Please send a copy via email (contact form here). Or you can bring in a copy the day of your appointment. Bordetella is currently not required for grooming but it is recommended. If your dog has it, please include it as well.

Besides liability and insurance purposes, for your pet’s safety and comfort, we ask that owners do not stay and watch or wait. Dogs are often more anxious when they can see or hear their owners, which can make grooming more difficult and unsafe. Rest assured, your pet is in caring and experienced hands. 

While it’s not required, we highly recommend maintaining a regular grooming schedule. Routine visits help keep your pet’s coat healthy, prevent matting, and allow us to provide the best possible care. Dogs who are groomed regularly are also less stressed during their appointments 

We currently offer walk-ins for nail trims on Wednesdays 8am-4pm. Nail trims typically take about 5-10 minutes. Please remember to bring an updated copy of your dogs rabies certificate. If you need to schedule an appointment for another day, please give us a call!

We understand that life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling deposit, as they prevent us from booking other clients. (Deposits go towards your service.)

We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming as early as possible—usually after they’ve completed their first round of vaccinations (around 12 weeks old). Early positive experiences help them become comfortable with grooming for life. Our Puppy Package is a perfect way to get them started! 

Grooming times can vary depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and behavior. On average, appointments take 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate when you drop your pup off, and we’ll call or text you as soon as they’re ready for pickup. 

As a solo groomer, I limit the number of dogs in the salon at one time to create a calm, low-stress environment. Your dog may briefly see or hear other pets during their visit, and my personal dogs may also be present. If your pup does not get along well with other dogs, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

Crates may be used when necessary—for example, if a dog needs a break during the grooming process, doesn't tolerate a full blow dry, or for their safety while another dog is being finished. Rest assured, all crates are clean, cozy, and used with your dog’s comfort and wellbeing in mind.

Sorry, I do not groom cats or offer cat nail trims.

I am comfortable grooming a variety of breeds and sizes. However, being a solo groomer, the max weight limit I can currently accept is about 70lbs unless discussed otherwise. 

Absolutely! We love when clients share photos or detailed requests. Keep in mind that the final style depends on coat condition, texture, and your dog’s tolerance—but we’ll always do our best to match your vision.
